How do I order from Bump, Baby & Beyond?
- Ordering Online - shop online at our secure, easy to use site www.bumpbabyandbeyond.com.au Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation.... if you don�t get one, contact us � you may not have completed the order process, or the email address you entered may have a typo. Orders will not be sent out until payment has been received.

Is the item I want in stock?
As we use an automated inventory system, if an item is out of stock, it will say so on the product page. Due to the nature of our stock (mostly end of season) we are unable to re-order stock and so cannot accept backorders.
During times of particularly high demand, we may be out of stock of an item that shows up as available on the site. If we do not have an item in stock that you've ordered, you will be contacted via email or by phone, or a refund will be automatically processed � depending on the item in question.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Direct Banking (in Australian Dollars)
A convenient method of payment, you can do direct deposit via the internet or over-the-counter at any ANZ bank, directly into the Bump, Baby & Beyond bank account. Details of the account will be displayed both at during the checkout process and in your confirmation email.
- Credit Card (in Australian Dollars)
Make payments online with your Visa or MasterCard. Upon checkout, simply select the option to pay by credit card. You will be redirected to a secure-server page where you can enter your credit card information. You will then be prompted to confirm or cancel the transaction. When a transaction is successful, we will then provide you with an electronic receipt.
- Money Orders/Cheques (in Australian Dollars)
Please note that if you choose to send a personal cheque your order will not be sent until the funds have cleared. Please post to:

What shipping options do you offer?
Bump, Baby and Beyond offers two flat rate delivery fees on all orders sent anywhere in Australia via Australia Post.
Standard Post - $8.60
Registered Post - $10.60
We highly recommend Registered Post as it�s delivery requires a signature and posted items are capable of being tracked.
Once you have chosen your preferred method, the shipping cost will be automatically added at the checkout.
For those ordering items as a gift, or if you want your parcel sent to an address other than your normal postal address we have implemented an �address book�, where you can store multiple addresses.
Why don�t you offer Express Post?
Not all areas of Australia are covered by the Next Day Guaranteed Delivery offered by Australia Post � and Bet Bet is one of them!
Express Post from our area is not guaranteed to arrive next day, however it is often quicker. Should you wish to use Express Post, please select the Registered Post option at checkout and mention that you would actually prefer Express Post in the comments box provided.
My order is a gift � can you gift wrap?
For an additional $5 we are happy to gift wrap your order � let us know what you want to say in the comments box provided during checkout and we�ll send a small gift card too!
Oops � I made a mistake and want to cancel/change my order!
Please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible so we can stop processing the order.
Orders that are already in transit cannot be changed or cancelled. Please refer to the return and refund policy section for greater details.
