What is your exchange/refund policy? We are more than happy to exchange or offer a credit on any item that doesn�t fit or doesn�t suit, if you return your unused item/s in original condition within 28 days of the order date. Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and CONDITION (tags attached, unwashed, NO perfume smells or odours and unworn). For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of underwear or swimming gear. Remember that we don't only sell maternity wear. Your credit can be used for some new threads for your new baby! We do not offer cash refunds (unless the item is faulty) due to the fact that all our stock is clearance stock from the manufacturers we purchase from. How do I send back the items I want to exchange/return? Simply write a note on a copy of your invoice specifying what you are exchanging and what new size/colour you would like. Please send all packages to: Bump Baby and Beyond PO Box 607, Niddrie VIC 3042 Please be sure to pack your items carefully when posting, as we are not responsible for any items damaged or lost on their way back to Bump, Baby & Beyond. Please be aware that as our stock is mainly end of season lines we may not always be able to provide the exchange item requested. In this case you will be given a credit, or the option of choosing another item. What are the shipping costs involved for exchanges/returns? The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We do not refund the cost of postage on any order as this is a cost that we incur. The cost of posting the exchange items will be $8.60, for which the customer is responsible. You can provide credit card details to cover this cost, or post a money order with your return. You also have the option of sending back your own pre paid or express post satchel. How do I claim my credit? Next time you order, simply put a note in the comments section provided at checkout that you have a credit with us and we will apply this to your account. If you choose to pay by direct deposit or money order/cheque we will email you with the total required. Should you pay by credit card, a refund will be processed for the amount of credit you have on file.
