Exchange/Refund Policy

What is your exchange/refund policy?

We are more than happy to exchange or offer a credit on any item that doesn’t fit or doesn’t suit, if you return your unused item/s in original condition within 28 days of the order date.

For ONLINE ORDERS ONLY we also offer the option of a refund on items returned strictly within 14 days of the original date on your invoice.

Please note that postage is not refunded or credited and you are responsible for the postage costs in returning the items to us.

Please also note that purchases made using a voucher, either online or instore, are not eligible for a refund - credit or exchange only.

Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and CONDITION (tags attached, unwashed, NO perfume smells or odours and unworn).

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of underwear, support garments, hosiery or swimming gear.

Remember that we don't only sell maternity wear. Your credit can be used for some new threads for your new baby!

How do I send back the items I want to exchange/return?

1. Download the pdf "Returns” form, print and complete, by clicking on the red "Download" to the left.

2. Enclose the completed "Returns” form with the items to be returned in a suitable satchel or box and seal well - if you need to make payment for return postage, please remember to enclose payment details, or your own prepaid satchel.

Please be sure to pack your items carefully when posting, as we are not responsible for any items damaged or lost on their way back to Bump, Baby & Beyond. Please be aware that as our stock is mainly end of season lines we may not always be able to provide the exchange item requested. In this case you will be offered a refund, a credit, or the option of choosing another item.

What are the shipping costs involved for exchanges/returns?

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We do not refund the cost of postage on any order as this is a cost that we incur. The cost of posting the exchange items will be $9.00, for which the customer is responsible. You can provide credit card details to cover this cost, or post a money order with your return. You also have the option of sending back your own pre paid or express post satchel.

How do I claim my credit?

Your credit will be issued in the form of loyalty points. We will keep a running tally for you and automatically apply your credit at the checkout next time you shop with us. This will apply your credit to the current order and you will only be required to pay the balance.
