How do I order from Bump, Baby & Beyond?

  • Ordering Online - shop online at our secure, easy to use site www.bumpbabyandbeyond.com.au Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation.... if you don't get one, contact us - you may not have completed the order process, or the email address you entered may have a typo. Orders will not be sent out until payment has been received.

Is the item I want in stock?

As we use an automated inventory system, if an item is out of stock, it will say so on the product page. Due to the nature of our stock (mostly end of season) we are unable to re-order most items – there are however some current season styles that are available on backorder from our suppliers. These items will say this on the product page and will also give you an estimated ordering time for the product to get to us.

During times of particularly high demand, we may be out of stock of an item that shows up as available on the site. If we do not have an item in stock that you've ordered, you will be contacted via email or by phone, or a refund will be automatically processed, depending on the item in question.

What payment methods do you accept?

Direct Banking (in Australian Dollars)
A convenient method of payment, you can do direct deposit via the internet or over-the-counter at any NAB bank, directly into the Bump, Baby & Beyond bank account. Details of the account will be displayed in your confirmation email.

Credit Card (in Australian Dollars)
Make payments online with your Visa or MasterCard. Upon checkout, simply select the option to pay by credit card. You will be redirected to a secure-server page where you can enter your credit card information. You will then be prompted to confirm or cancel the transaction. When a transaction is successful, we will then provide you with an electronic receipt.

Paypal (in Australian Dollars)
Use your Paypal account to make payment. Upon checkout, simply select the Paypal option. You will be redirected to a secure-server page where you can enter your credit card information, which remains encrypted. When a transaction is successful, we will provide you with an electronic receipt.

What shipping options do you offer?

Bump, Baby and Beyond offers a flat rate delivery fee of $9.00 on all orders sent anywhere in Australia via Australia Post's eParcel Express Post network. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an order update with a tracking number you can use to trace your delivery on the Australia Post website at http://aupost.com.au/track.

For those ordering items as a gift, or if you want your parcel sent to an address other than your normal postal address we have implemented an address book, where you can store multiple addresses. As parcels are delivered during business hours it may be worth considering having your order delivered to your workplace.

How about international orders?

We are delighted to offer shipping worldwide. Air Mail shipping and handling costs are $14.00 AUD for the first item and $4.00 AUD per item thereafter.

My order is a gift - can you gift wrap?

For an additional $5.50 we are happy to gift wrap your order – simply select whether you want Pink, Blue or Neutral wrapping from the Gift Wrapping category and add to your cart. Let us know what you want to say in the comments box provided during checkout and we'll send a small gift card too!

Oops - I made a mistake and want to cancel/change my order!

Please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible so we can stop processing the order. Orders that are already in transit cannot be changed or cancelled. Please refer to the return and refund policy section for greater details.
